Catch 22: Corruption wins in Parliament, what next?

Posted by Popular Ombudsman on September 16, 2009

Corruption networks are alive and well and what is more, they are actually constituencies which are very well represented in parliament. They have strong lobbying capacity within and without parliament. And we are naive enough to expect the same system to come up with a constitution that will bring everyone to account? This is highly unlikely.

Perhaps civil society needs to wake up!
